Have you considered The Pavilion as the perfect venue for your next big party? Whether you are celebrating a birthday, a promotion, an anniversary, an engagement or even a hen night, wedding or christening, we will work with you to create a special occasion you'll never forget.
Comfortably seating up to 40 inside and with additional outside seating, the award-winning Pavilion is nestled in the heart of Bedford Park. Our team can provide a menu to suit every occasion, from Champagne Afternoon Tea to 5 Course Degustation Dinner and plenty in between. We cater for all dietary requirements and we're fully licensed too.
Emma and the team will work with you to build a celebration that meets every aspect of your requirements. In order to create the vibe you're after, we can recommend live musicians or perhaps you just want to bring your own party playlist. Freshly cut flowers, beautifully crafted celebration cakes and helium balloons can all be arranged and delivered as required. We're fully wheelchair accessible and parking is just a short walk away with disabled parking available.

We chose the Pavilion for our daughter's christening celebration because of it's unique position in the heart of Bedford Park. From the outset, Emma and her team displayed enthusiasm, creativity and great flexibility to deliver an occasion that matched our budget and needs. On the day of the christening, the sun shone, the venue was beautifully decorated with fresh flowers and the team delivered a delicious menu - all of our guests commented on the food, staff and atmosphere. We felt so lucky to have been able to host our closest friends and family in such a special place.

All of us enjoyed the setting, the food and the relaxed atmosphere. The children loved being able to run outside inbetween the courses (lightening the parents' stress levels at no end!), and we were so blessed with the weather.

We were greeted with Champagne, followed by fine wine which went superbly with the fantastic menu, all superbly cooked and presented to a very high standard.

Underlined days are unavailable for evening booking
For bookings after 5pm there is no charge for the hire of the venue, before this, if you want the venue exclusively to yourselves, there is a £250 hire fee. If there are up to 16 of you, we can accommodate you in the cafe with other guests, and for this there is no hire charge!
